MORRISONDANCE COMMUNITY CLASS OFFERINGS:
FALL 2006

The following adult movement classes are open to the community, and are held at the MorrisonDance studio:
4201 Lorain Avenue, Ste. A ~ Cleveland, OH (corner of Lorain and W. 42nd in Ohio City)

Drop in at $10/class
class card $40 - good for any 5 classes (that's $8 per class)

Please wear comfortable clothing - no special attire is necessary. Door is open 10-15 minutes prior to classes.

KUNDALINI YOGA: Sundays, 5:00-6:30pm (September 17th - November 19th)
Instructor: Phyllis Frisa
Kundalini Yoga is a powerful, dynamic yoga. Through breathing techniques, postures, rhythmic movements, meditation and relaxation, learn to awaken progressively to your highest potential as a human being. There is no need to be an acrobat to enjoy this yoga style. Come, relax and see how yoga can positively affect every aspect of your life.

How to get to the MorrisonDance Studio:
4201 Lorain Avenue A
If you know how to get to the West Side Market, our studio is easy! The west side market is on W. 25th and Lorain, we are on W. 42nd and Lorain...

From I-90 (either direction):
Take I-90 to the W 41st street exit, turn north on 41st street, it's one way, so if you don't know north, just follow the one way sign!
Turn left on Lorain Avenue
MorrisonDance will be one block up on your left

From Rte. 2 (the west):
Take the shoreway (Rte. 2E) to W. 49th exit, follow W. 49th street to Lorain Avenue.
Turn left on Lorain Avenue
MorrisonDance will be 8 blocks up on your right

From Downtown Cleveland (or I-71):
From Carnegie Avenue, cross the Lorain/Carnegie Bridge (Hope Bridge with statues holding cars)
continue on Lorain Avenue until you get to W. 42nd

From I-77:
Take I-77N past E. 9th street, and follow I-90W signs.
When you merge onto I-90W, exit onto W. 41st street. Turn right onto 41st, and when you get to Lorain Avenue, turn left. Our studio is one block up on the left.

Parking & info: Street parking is easy to find on W. 42nd or Lorain Avenue. Enter the studio through the corner door facing Lorain Avenue and W. 42nd.
