Hope Schultz, a Cleveland native, has studied and performed independently in Cleveland for the past ten years. She studied dance under Bill Wade of Youth at Risk Dancing (YARD), Tom Evert of Tom Evert Dance Company, Lauren Balough of FootPATH, Alison Chase of Pilobolus, and Paul Wilson and Courtney Layves of Cleveland City Dance.
Hope has performed at Cleveland's Cain Park with YARD, the Cleveland Museum of Art in David Shimotakahara's New Steps series, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum with Art Acts, Cleveland's Parade the Circle Celebration, Cuyahoga Community College, Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland and Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio. Hope also has participated in lecture demonstrations with Alison Chase at the Cleveland School for the Arts.
Hope resides in Cleveland and works as a technical assistant for KID FROM CLEVELAND and with Righteous Cleaners in Shaker Heights, Ohio.
